Mission Statement

Next Step Homes is intended to be a vehicle for achieving diversity  of tenure, for innovative housing options and for activities which, while serving the parent Association's objectives, are more appropriately kept at arm's length from the charitable company.

Principal Objectives

The key objectives for Next Step Homes are to:-

• Develop a clear role as a non-charitable subsidiary while supporting and complementing the aims of the parent Association.
• Retain viability as a stand-alone organisation while generating an
  income stream that can be re-invested in meeting housing needs and
  demand.
• Undertake any housing or other related activities which are non -
  charitable or which are not more appropriately carried out by the parent
  Association.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities which will contribute
  to the growth of Next Step Homes and the Langstane Group while
  benefiting customers and local communities
