Aboyne is a popular village within the heart of Royal Deeside and benefits from a wide range of facilities including shops, as well as primary and secondary schools.  It is also within easy commuting distance of Aberdeen, which is approximately 30 miles away, whilst a wider range of shops and other facilities are also available in nearby Banchory.

The Association offers a selection of 1 bedroom flats and 2 bedroom houses at Michael Fair Court on Old Mart Road.
