Ellon is a thriving country town situated midway between Aberdeen and Peterhead.  There are several primary schools, a secondary school and an enviable range of community facilities including a health centre and sports centre.  There is also a good range of shops and supermarkets.

The Association offers a selection of 1 bedroom flats and 2 or 3 bedroom houses at Pennan Way.
