Lhanbryde

Lhanbryde is an attractive Moray village midway between Elgin 4 miles to the East and Fochabers 4 miles to the west.  It is a much quieter place to live since the A96 bypass was built in the early 1990's.

It is thought that the Welsh sounding name comes from 'Church Place of St Bryde' but the church of that name was demolished before the end of the 18th century.

Lhanbryde is well served by primary and secondary schools and has a range of shops catering for most day-to-day requirements.

Langstane now has 2 bedroom flats in Lhanbryde at Garmouth Place.
