Port Elphinstone

Port Elphinstone is a pleasant residential area within walking distance of Inverurie.  It is a popular commuting base for Dyce and Aberdeen with regular bus and rail services. There is a local primary school with secondary education being provided at Inverurie Academy. Inverurie itself boasts a wide range of amenities and leisure facilities shops, hotels, health centre, swimming pool, sports centre, library and golf course.

The Association offers a selection of 2 bedroom flats at Pinewood House on Elphinstone Road as well as 2 and 3 bedroom houses also on Elphinstone Road.

Communities Scotland provided funding for a Community House in the Pinewood development as part of the Wider Role initiative.
