Staff Structure

We have recently completed a re-structuring exercise, and have replaced our traditional departments with more integrated services under a team of Strategic Directors. To see our staff structure, click on the download below.

The Langstane Management Team is as follows:

CHIEF EXECUTIVE: -  ALAN GRANT

Alan took up the post in 1999, after many years in local government. He is a qualified lawyer, but has given all that up now. He is a Director of  Grampian Community Care Charitable  Trust, Vice Chair of Aberdeen  Disabled Persons' Housing Service, and  Treasurer of Grampian Racial Equality Council.

DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICES: -  LYNN CARGILL

Lynn has been with the Association since 1984. She graduated from Edinburgh  University, and took a Post Graduate Diploma from  Moray House College before joining Edinburgh Council and  then Bield Housing Association.

Lynn's responsibilities include heading up a Customer Response Unit, aimed at further improving the quality of our maintenance and management services. The new service replaces the former Housing Management and Maintenance departments.
