About Repairs

Regular maintenance of our properties ensures that they are kept in good condition and our Property Services section is responsible for the efficient and effective provision of quality services for our customers. We have to respond to a variety of demands and requests from our customers for response repairs.

We have three categories of repair which have different timescales for completion of the job. The categories are:

  • Emergency Repairs:
     - Make safe within 6 hours
  • Urgent Repairs:
     - Complete within 3 working days
  • Routine Repairs:
     - Complete within 20 working days
