Next Step Homes is a non-charitable housing association registered as a housing association with Communities Scotland.

It is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Langstane Housing Association Limited.

In terms of the constitution of Next Step Homes, its Committee of Management is appointed directly by its parent association.

The parent association has appointed its own Committee of Management together with a number of independent members.

The Committee comprises a variety of persons of considerable expertise and skills in relevant areas, all of whom are demonstrating commitment to the objectives of the Association.
