Our aim in this website is to:

  • Tell you about general information on Langstane and its subsidiary Next Step Homes
  • Give you information on how to become a tenant, sharing owner or member of either Association
  • Help new and existing tenants on paying rent, reporting a repair or participating in a tenant group

Langstane Housing Association was founded in 1977 to provide affordable rented accommodation and now has over 2,000 units in managment throughout the North East of Scotland.
