Site Acquisitions

The last few weeks of the financial year, which came to an end on the 31st March, saw a great deal of activity in site acquisition. During this period, Langstane secured sites at Buckie in Moray, Premnay in Aberdeenshire, and sites at School Road, Scotstown, and Kings Crescent in Aberdeen City.

Said Business Development Director Kenneth Clark, "The acquisitions were completed in a frenzy of activity at the year end, involving huge amounts of work from our legal and finance teams. They will help to ensure that the Association's development programme remains healthy, with an appropriate balance between urban and rural properties, in line with our Business Plan targets".
