Any Complaints?

 

The Association is always keen to hear from tenants or other service users who are dissatisfied with the way we have handled their case.  It seems odd to invite complaints but we are always keen to improve the quality of our service and if we do not hear from people when we get things wrong, it makes it difficult for us to improve.  We have therefore re-launched our Complaints Policy a copy of which is posted on this website.  I hope you will find the policy easy to understand and if on those occasions which we hope will be very rare indeed, you are not happy with the way we have treated you, please do not hesitate to let us know.  There is no official form at the moment.  You just have to express your complaint in writing to me, you can send it by email or by post or you can even phone it in.  We will do our best to respond to you in a way that you find satisfactory.
