Tayside Grampian and Fife Forum of Housing Associations.

November saw the last meeting of the Tayside Grampian and Fife Forum of Housing Associations. Langstane had been a member of the forum, which covers most of the East of Scotland, since its inception.

The Forum was however being wound up as part of the SFHA Restructure. The final event, however was an Awards Dinner, and Langstane won the award for Excellence in Wider Action for their Voluntary Sector Office Development at Union Street Aberdeen. 

This innovative development, officially opened by Communities Minister Malcolm Chisholm earlier this year, gave affordable accommodation in  one of Aberdeen's main streets, to groups providing advice and support to a variety of client groups.
