Joint Customer Conference
About the event
We are planning an informal get together with something to appeal to everyone! Throughout the day you will have the chance to attend two different workshops led by staff from the Associations and external organisations. For those of you who want to relax there will be Indian Head Massage and Reiki taster sessions. At lunchtime, a tour of Pittodrie Stadium has been organised and the Athol Smith Trio, a local group playing easy listening jazz, will provide entertainment. Local information and advice organisations will be participating in an exhibition.
Free Prize Draw
Everyone who attends will be entered into a free prize draw. Come along for a chance to win some super prizes including a month’s rent (subject to terms and conditions) and many more.
Booking your place
Please complete the booking form, which you can download below, to select your choice of workshops and return it to Langstane Housing Association, Freepost AB264, Aberdeen, AB24 1ZQ (no stamp needed) or contact Kathleen Birnie (tel: 01224 423136 / email: kathleen.birnie@langstane-ha.co.uk) as soon as possible and no later than Friday 17 October 2008.
The final programme will depend on the number of people attending and the level of interest in each of the workshop choices. You will be sent confirmation of your booking along with a note of your chosen workshops.
Transport
Where there is sufficient demand for transport from areas outwith Aberdeen we will try to provide this. Please indicate on the booking form if you need transport. If we cannot provide transport we will pay reasonable travelling expenses (i.e. public transport or petrol costs) if arranged with us prior to the event.
Crèche
We intend to provide a crèche for children aged 2 – 8 years if there is demand for it. Please complete the relevant section of the booking form if you would like to use this service. Alternatively, reasonable childcare costs will be reimbursed if arranged with us prior to the event.
