23 new flats completed for renting

We have completed 23 brand new flats at 682 King Street, Aberdeen. The development is located behind our Aberdeen office. There is still a lot of building work going on in the site because our new offices are being built in front of 682 King Street. The 23 flats are all one bedroom and have a rental charge of £237.28 per month.

Billy Gillies and Jennifer Clyne who both work in Customer Services were given the job of finding people to move into the flats. Billy said, "The last few weeks have been hectic, pulling people off the waiting list and getting them interviewed. It's all been worthwhile though and it's great to see happy faces when you tell someone they have been given a brand new property"  The new tenants will be moving in on Monday 29 January 2007.
