Communities Scotland Inspection

Like all other Registered Social Landlords, Langstane is inspected from time to time by Communities Scotland, who are the regulators of all Housing Associations. Langstane has just had its inspection and is awaiting the final Report. When it arrives, it will be published on the Communities Scotland Web Site, and the Association will be expected to build on the strengths and good practice shown, and to take steps to rectify any shortcomings identified.
