Devanha

Langstane has for some time, been a leading participant in Devanha Ltd, the proposed new procurement vehicle for Social Housing in the North East. Along with fellow RSLs, Castlehill and Grampian Housing Associations, Tenants First Housing Co-operative, and Aberdeenshire Housing Partnership, we have been working up the ideas for creating Devanha as the single development procurer, with the status of a Company limited by guarantee.

After many weeks of work, we are about to launch Devanha as a Company, with a Board of Directors made up from the participating RSLs. We intend to submit the individual SDFPs (Development Funding Bids) to Communities Scotland.

The outcome of these bids will determine Devanha's role in the next three year period.
