VOLUME PROCUREMENT INITIATIVE LEADS TO HOUSING AT FORRES

The Association has completed 28 houses at Grantown Road, Forres, this month.  The houses are part of a larger development in Forres built by Springfield Properties Limited, and were part of the Moray Volume Procurement Initiative.  This initiative, which involved Grampian Housing Association, Margaret Blackwood Housing Association, the Moray Housing Partnership as well as Langstane Housing Association, saw the procurement through a single contract with Springfield Properties Limited of over 100 houses in sites in Elgin and Forres.
