Holburn Street is located at the western end of the city's Union Street and within easy walking distance of the city centre. Good local shops are in the area for day to day needs and a wider selection is available throughout the city.

The social scene in the city centre is within easy reach, whilst the business, industrial and educational establishments around the city and suburbs are accessible by public transport, available nearby.

The Association offers a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom flats on Holburn Street itself and also on Bloomfield Road.  There are also a few 4 and 5 bedroom flats suitable for multiple occupancy on Bloomfield Road and an individual flat on Howburn Place.
