Seaton

In an ideal location near the University and within walking distance of the city centre, Seaton is well positioned for public transport and shops with a range of facilities on School Road and at the St Machar Drive roundabout.

The Association have had their head office on King Street in the Seaton area since 1989 and have played an influential part in the setting up of Seaton Community Enterprise.  There are a number of initiatives which support Seaton based projects and members of the Community are encouraged to take control of their own affairs.

Seaton is also within walking distance of the amusement park and leisure facilities at Aberdeen Fun Beach.

The Association offers a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom flats on Seaton Place East and 2 bed room flats at 682 - 686 King Street, located behind our office.
