Langstane Housing Association wishes to congratulate our Property Services Officers, Toni Sherriffs, Andrew Kemp, Neil Irvine and Colin Hay on passing their recent City & Guilds training course ‘Understanding buildings and managing repairs’.
The training programme aims to provide delegates with the knowledge and understanding of how buildings are constructed, recognise common maintenance problems and develop the skills needed to successfully manage the administration of reporting building repairs.
Commenting on the team’s recent success, Judith Sutherland, Director of Housing & Social Justice, said: “I’m absolutely delighted that the Property Services Officers have passed their City and Guilds qualification providing them with additional knowledge and confidence to carry out their role.
