NETRALT tenants and residents have recently come together to take part in a Mystery Shopping project.
The tenants arranged and carried out the project independently of the NETRALT group and completed the visits before putting their findings into a fantastic report. Please look out for the finalised report with feedback from various landlords.
This project has led NETRALT to nominate all the tenants and residents involved for a TPAS award 'Best practice in involving customers in services' award and was put forward for a Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Excellence in Customer Service award.
We wish the group the best of luck and will provide an update after the awards conference in November.
