NETRALT tenants and residents have recently come together to take part in a Mystery Shopping project.
The tenants arranged and carried out the project independantly of the NETRALT group and completed the visits before putting their findings into a fantastic report. Please click here for the full Mystery Shopping Report which includes feedback from various landlords.
This project has led NETRALT to nominate all the tenants and residents involved for a TPAS award 'Best practice in involving customers in services' award and a Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Excellence in Customer Service award.
