Every three years Langstane Housing Association asks our tenants for their views on the services we provide.
Some of the answers are reported to the Scottish Housing Regulator who monitors the performance of every social landlord in Scotland to ensure tenants receive good quality services that are value for money.
Tenants will get their survey by the end of October 2018, with a return date of Friday, 16 November.
To ensure our tenants can answer anonymously, Research Resource, an independent research company, will be carrying out the survey on our behalf. We will not be able to identify anyone when we get the survey results from Research Resource.
Lorna Shaw, Founder Director of Research Resource said:
“I’m delighted to be working again with Langstane Housing Association to carry out their tenant satisfaction survey. It is an important survey for the Association and one which provides important results that will influence what they do and how they do it.
Every tenant will get the chance to give their views and I hope that as many of you as possible will take the opportunity.”
By completing the questionnaire tenants will not only be helping us to improve our services but also be in with the chance of winning one of four fabulous prizes including a tablet, a cash prize of £200 or £100.
