Maintenance plumber                                                
£28,500 + Final Salary Pension Scheme
Travel throughout Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire area

40 hours per week

 

The Association has an exciting opportunity for a hard working, reliable,  skilled plumber to join our small maintenance team. If you pride yourself in delivering a high quality, effective reactive repairs and maintenance service this job could be for you!

Langstane Housing Association is a key provider of social housing in the North-East of Scotland, with over 2880 homes/households  provided and supported across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.  Our maintenance team delivers services to domestic and commercial properties.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Delivering quality reactive and emergency plumbing repair
  • Demonstrating and promoting excellent standards of customer care
  • Ensuring all repairs are carried out right first time and within the Association’s timescales
  • Complying with all Health and Safety legislation and safe methods of working

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organised, time-served plumber with good time management skills.  

You must have ans maintain a full driving licence a company vehicle will be provided for business use.
