The Association is operating a full repairs service after disruption caused by the pandemic.
Routine repairs and planned maintenance were suspended by the Association on March 23, with the Association’s tradesmen and contractors carrying out emergency works only.
We are currently working through the backlog of 300 repairs and maintenance tasks.

We will be in contact with all our customers to schedule appointments during the next few weeks. Due to this big backlog of jobs, we are taking a phased approach to getting them done.
The Association has new methods for carrying out repairs and have been working hard to ensure that our processes are safe for our staff and customers. Customers will be contacted in advance of our visit to tell them what to expect.
We will be contacting by telephone to discuss dates and times, coronavirus safety measures, and whether or not anyone in the house is self-isolating due to Covid-19.
