Leadership Team

Chief ExecutiveHelen Gauld - The Chief Executive’s office administers the governance of the Association. Helen Gauld, Chief Executive of Langstane Housing Association, holds the position of Depute Company Secretary.
Director of Finance & Corporate ServicesMandy Macarthur - The Director of Finance & Corporate Services is responsible for the financial operation of the Association in addition to human resources, facilities management and information technology. Mandy holds the position of Company Secretary.
Director of HousingAnne Jenkins - The Director of Housing is responsible for all housing management, customer services and the Langstane Housing Support Service.
Director of PropertyMarcie Ballance - The Director of Property is responsible for all acquisitions (including the new build programme), responsive repairs, sale of property, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and the disabled adaptations service.
Director of Property - Starting June 2025Bob Jack will be starting in June 2025 as the new Director of Property. Bob will be responsible for all acquisitions (including the new build programme), responsive repairs, sale of property, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and the disabled adaptations service.
