Ending your tenancy
If you want to end your tenancy you must give us 28 days Notice in writing. You can download a termination form from the downloads menu or request one from us on 01224 423000 or email info@langstane-ha.co.uk.
Once you have given notice a member of the Housing Services team will contact you to arrange a pre-termination inspection of your property. At the inspection we will discuss any work you need to do to make the property ready for re-let. If work that is your responsibility is not done by the time you move, we will charge you for it.
